Plant Care Tips - Pansies & Violas

Choose healthy plants. Look for bright leaves, firm stems and strong root system.
Violas have smaller flowers.

• Plant during cooler weather. Mid September to Oct. Temps 40 degreesF to 70 degrees F.
• Loose Soil that drains well. Wet soil can rot the roots.
• Good spacing (6"-8") and careful watering to prevent disease.
• Pansies/Violas do not need heavy feeding.
• Remove old flowers.
• Plants need sun ( 6+ hours) or light afternooon shade.
